We aren't a store and we don't sell anything. We exist to hold verified reviews that no merchant, brand, or advertiser can shape. Reviewers are rewarded with points for telling the truth, whether the truth is good or bad.
Proof of purchase
Every review is tied to an order confirmation or receipt from the store named on it. Online platforms and physical shops are held to the same standard.
Two ratings
The product rating covers quality, material, fit, and performance. The store rating covers delivery, service, packaging, and shop experience. They are captured separately and never averaged together.
Your identity
Publicly, you're a pseudonym. We collect your real identity to prevent fraud and to respond to legal or compliance requests. It is stored apart from your reviews and never displayed.
Permanence
Reviews can be edited during a short pre-publication window. Once published, they are immutable.
No influence for sale
There is no tool, setting, or paid plan that lets a merchant or brand reorder, hide, or remove a review. That code doesn't exist, so it can't be sold. Timelines are always newest first.
Points
Points are recorded in an append-only ledger. Your balance is the sum of your entries, so every point you've earned or spent can be traced.
